approx 3.5 miles you will come to a roundabout. Go straight across following

Follow
this for approx one mile (over one mini roundabout) where you will come
to a T-junction with traffic lights. Turn right at this junction

approx 0.9 mile turn left at traffic lights signed B1297
Follow
this road through Hebburn until you come to a mini roundabout. Turn
right at the mini roundabout signposted Jarrow B1297
Follow
this road (straight over at two mini roundabouts) for approx one mile.
Take the first left after Dougies Tavern (pub) onto Rolling Mill
Road. Premier is situated straight ahead
