Our engineering department is equipped with full cad/cam capability for design and development of specialist tooling requirements and jigs and fixtures. The creation of 3D geometry, 3D surface definition and 3-5 axis surface machining is also possible.

CAD files can be imported from disk or email to a central DNC in a variety of formats including IGES, DXF, STEP and DWG.

CNC programs are developed offline to maximise machining time and efficiency.
