Dedicated clean assembly areas are used for electro-mechanical and pure mechanical assembly. All assemblies and sub assemblies are 100% tested before despatch where possible.

An important part of our component supply is the quality and range of finishing and secondary operations available. Operations may include; coating, anodising or plating, heat treatment, stress relieving, welding or hard facing. Final finishing may call for cleaning, deburring or polishing depending on customer specification.
